Graduate School Application Checklist

Complete an Application: Complete a School of Graduate Studies application.   Paper applications are also available in our office (Engleman Hall, B110).  Certain programs also require program applications, this information may be found in the Graduate Catalog.

Transcripts: Official copies of transcripts from all institutions attended must be submitted.  Please request official copies as early as possible to ensure that they are sent in a timely manner.

Letters of Recommendation: Certain programs require multiple letters of recommendation, please see the section of the Graduate Catalog that refers to the program to which you are applying to determine if they are required.  Also, some programs require specific forms be used for letters of recommendation, please visit the program websites for this information. 

Deadlines: Although the School of Graduate Studies has rolling admissions, many programs have specific deadlines.  Please refer to the Graduate Catalog for these deadlines.
