SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

We encourage manuscript submissions throughout the academic year. The deadline for submissions is early in the Spring semester each year. If the spring submission date is missed,  the manuscript can be considered for publication in the next year's volume.

For submissions for the 2017-2018 academic year, the priority submission deadline is December 15, 2017. The final submission deadline is February 16, 2018.

Submit double-spaced manuscripts in APA style (6th edition) to jspr@southernct.edu. The following criteria are required:

  • The student must be primary researcher and first author of the manuscript,
  • The student’s research must be conducted at SCSU or sponsored by SCSU, and
  • Research must have prior IRB approval.

Manuscripts can be submitted by former students as long as the research was conducted while the student was enrolled at SCSU. View manuscript submission guidelines. Questions regarding submissions can be sent to the general directory of SCSU Journal of Student Psychological Research.
