Center for Individual, Couple, and Family Therapy

The Center is an essential part of the Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) Program, continuously serving the community since the program started, in 1979. In alignment with the University and MFT program mission statements, we provide quality therapeutic services to the community. All work is performed by graduate-level MFT students under the close supervision by Connecticut licensed Marriage and Family Therapists who are also American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) Approved Supervisors/Candidates.

  • Anger Management Program - 10  week program, $100 (nonrefundable)
  • Parenting Education Program - 12  week program, $120 (nonrefundable)

Fees

As part of SCSU’s commitment to serve the Connecticut community, all individual, family, couples, and co-parenting services are offered gratis and free of charge to state residents. We offer in-person sessions at the Center’s recently renovated facility located on the lower level of Davis Hall.  Ample free, off-street parking is available. If travel and travel distance are challenges, please call for information regarding potential telehealth services.
