Application Withdrawal and Deferral

This form is for undergraduate Freshmen and Transfer students who have been accepted to the University who wish to Withdraw or Defer their admission to Southern.

A Withdrawal of admission means your application will be inactivated, and you must reapply for admission if you wish to enroll at Southern in the future.
If you wish to Defer your current admission and enroll at Southern in a future term, please indicate below in which term you wish to enroll.
Please note that you may defer your current admission only one time and up to one year.  For example, a Fall 2017 admission can be deferred to the Spring 2018 OR the Fall 2018 term.

If you originally were accepted for Freshman admission and have since attended a college or university, you must submit a new application for Transfer admission.

Note: If you are a returning student or have already registered for courses, you must withdraw from the University through the Registrar's Office.
