Brief Description of Duties/Responsibilities:
Candidates will be expected to teach courses in both the undergraduate and graduate programs, conduct scholarly research, provide university service, and advise students.

Management applicants require a research doctorate in management or related field, preferably from an AACSB accredited institution. ABD applicants will be considered. Earned doctorate must be completed within two years of appointment. All candidates must demonstrate evidence of ability to teach effectively at the university level to a diverse group of undergraduate and MBA students and have the ability to teach hybrid online/on-ground classes. In addition, candidates must demonstrate an ability to engage in meaningful scholarship, leading to presentations at professional meetings and publications in peer-reviewed journals in their discipline. The candidate must meet the AACSB Faculty Qualifications standards. Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Preference will be given to candidates who also have an MBA (in addition to the required qualifications), teaching experience, and evidence of scholarly activity.
