Brief Description of Duties/Responsibilities: Seeking a dynamic and collaborative professional skilled in clinical supervision including; the management of an On-Site MFT Clinic. The successful candidate will teach a variety of marriage and family therapy courses including human development, systems theories, clinical policies and procedures and practicum and internship supervision.  Additional responsibilities will include student advisement and all-university committee work. While a 12 credit teaching load per semester is standard, numerous supports for research and creative activity are available.

Required Qualifications:  Candidates must have earned a doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy by the time of appointment. Candidates should demonstrate evidence of experience as a marriage and family therapist, be an AAMFT Clinical Fellow, and an AAMFT Approved Supervisor.

Preferred Qualifications: Evidence of excellence in university teaching experience especially graduate level teaching is highly desirable. Experience with on-site clinical services is advantageous and evidence of commitment and service to diverse populations and social justice is fundamental. A demonstrated record of clinical administrative skills is an asset, as is scholarship and creative activity since faculty members are expected to engage in meaningful scholarship/creative activity leading to presentations at professional meetings and publications.
