If you have been asked to edit content on the Southern website, your first step is to sign up for new user training. This training will provide you with a login for the content management system (CMS) and with step-by-step instructions for most of the common tasks you’ll be performing.
New User Access and Training Request
New users require authorization by their department chair or manager concurrent to submitting this request for access and training. Supervisors should email their consent to Allison O'Leary.
All new users are required to attend website training. Trainings are available on Thursdays at 10 a.m., or by appointment. Trainings will be held in the Institutional Advancement conference room in Office Building 1 (across from Wintergreen).
