SCSU and YOU - Working Together is a comprehensive program designed to build a community of people who are enthusiastic about serving our students, and who have the working knowledge to assist them in achieving their goals.
The effort began in August 2012 with a small committee of individuals from Academic and Career Advisement, Card Services, Financial Aid, Residential Life, Undergraduate and Graduate Admissions, and the Registrar's and Student Accounts Office coming together to discuss ways to improve overall customer service. The group began by focusing on technological solutions to everyday issues for students. The committee then moved to develop principles and practices that could be standard across all departments.
