Fiscal Year End
The university's fiscal year ends June 30. Your assistance is important for the year-end closing. As the fiscal year end approaches, each department should review their current financial status and identify any revenue opportunities and/or expenses that needs to be recognized in the current fiscal year, including the following:
- Outstanding Encumbrances
- Cash Collections
- Unbilled Revenues
- Procurement Services
- Accounts Payable
If your department has any of the above mentioned items be sure to refer to the Fiscal Year-End Process.
Banner Availability Year-End Notice
BANNER UNAVAILABLE 6:00 PM June 30, 2017 to 10:00 AM July 1:
On Friday, June 30, at 6:00 PM, Banner Self Service (Bannerweb) and the remaining Banner system will be offline and unavailable until Saturday, July 1, at 10:00 AM due to mandatory fiscal year-end procedures. As a result, many administrative functions will not be available during this time.
Therefore, all transactions related to registration, payments, financial aid, and many other administrative activities will not be able to be performed online during this time.
Note that this impacts Banner Self Service (Bannerweb) and Banner INB.
