* Self Service Procedure*

 CORECT  Hours of Operation:

 Employees who need to update timesheets after Friday should contact their supervisor prior to making any changes to ensure the late submission gets the proper approval.

 Supervisors/Approvers should approve time on Monday and Tuesday.  If changes need to be made to an employee’s timesheet, contact them on Monday and have them make changes for approval on Tuesday.

 NO CHANGES SHOULD BE MADE TO TIMESHEETS ON WEDNESDAY OR THURSDAY OF NON PAY WEEK
