FIT 4 FUN
A four part series of group exercise classes that will be such a fun workout, you'll forget it's work! We're hosting one class each month in the ballroom, and all classes are FREE for SCSU students. Take one class or take them all. The first 25 people in attendance get a free t-shirt!

COMMUTER STUDENT AND GRADUATE STUDENT: 'Ticket to Fitness' 3/3/14 - 3/9/14
We know how hard it is to fit classes, travel and exercise into your busy days and nights, so we are offering a chance to boost your energy with FREE group exercise classes for a week! From 3/3-3/9/14, you can attend any of our fitness classes for free, and even reserve a space in class by calling us up to 24 hours in advance. This way you KNOW there is a space for you in class before you get here. So, take Insanity®, a yoga class, even Zumba® or Total Body Toning-- on us. *Space is limited in all classes, and reservations are also limited. Walk ins are welcome, but we cannot guarantee an opening will be available.
*Non-members MUST adhere to all policies including our dress code as well as sign a waiver prior to class. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Students who made a reservation but fail to check in with Fitness Center desk staff 5 minutes before class, will lose their reservation. Only the classes are free, full use of the fitness center requires membership or 1 week trial registration (1 per person, per semester).
