Account Access

Online

Students and authorized users may log in at any time to review account activity, view bills, tax forms, make payments, or set up payment plans.    

Call, email, or visit 

Students must have their student ID number and date of birth or an acceptable photo ID to discuss the account.  Authorized users must have the student ID number and 4-digit pin code, or an acceptable photo id.

Students

For password reset assistance, log in above and use the self-service password reset option, or if you are still experiencing difficulty, please call the IT Help Desk at 203-392-5123. 

Students may set up 'authorized users' in Banner Web.  Once you add an authorized user email for online access to account, they will be sent a temporary password and log in instructions, to view bills, see posted financial aid, or make payments/payment plans for the account.  Please log into Banner Web and add an Authorized User under the Billing/Payment menu.

Students may also issue the authorized user a 4-digit pin code.  This 4-digit pin code will be used to verify the authorized users identity before staff may discuss the account with them.  You may visit Banner Web's Student Service Menu to Grant Access to Your Records and set up a pin code.

Parents

Students may set up 'authorized users' in Banner Web. 

Once your email is added for online access to the account, you will be sent a temporary password and log in instructions, to view bills, see posted financial aid, or make payments/payment plans for the account.

The student will also issue you a 4-digit pin code.  This 4-digit pin code will be used to verify your identity before staff may discuss the account with you.
