• Effectiveness of policies and procedures within and between academic advising units (university academic advising center, INQ advisors, departmental advisors)
• Communication to different groups of students where and how they access advising (freshmen, undeclared, switching majors, transfer students, declared major)
• Access to academic advising within each advising unit (university academic advising center, INQ advisors, departmental advisors)
• Student experience of individual advising

Examine the efficiency of instructional methods, support systems for faculty, learning technology, classroom facilities, and learning outcomes at the undergraduate level.
