The Wellness Center at Southern is responsible for broad student health outreach on topics including, but not limited to: sexual health, tobacco use, nutrition, drugs and alcohol, sleep and stress. The staff facilitates health promotion activities for the campus community, including educational sessions, special events, outreach in residence halls and classrooms, and other programs upon request. student account. Spring 2018 Walk-In Clinics: January 30, February 14*, March 20, April 25*. All clinics are held at Health Services in Granoff Hall from 12-2pm.
* These dates will also include HIV testing and special information on Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis for HIV (PrEP).

For those students on-the-go! Grab some coffee, hot chocolate, and a snack before you head to class. Visit us the first Thursday of every month in the Wintergreen Parking Garage vestibule, 8am-10am. Ask the Dietitian
Registered Dietitian Sarah Vacher will be on campus this fall to answer your diet and nutrition questions and help you make healthy choices. Sarah is available for individual nutrition consultationsevery month: on the first Tuesday of the month (starting 10/3) you can find her in Fitness Center from 2-4pm and on the first Wednesday of the month (starting 10/4) she will be in Health Services from 2-4pm.
