The Minor in Art and Design offers students the opportunity to explore their creativity through 18 credits of studio art courses, with no prescribed course sequence. Students may select from any Art (Studio Art) courses, except ART 201. Studio facilities for ceramics, graphic design, jewelry and metals, painting and drawing, photography, printmaking, and sculpture provide a safe and supportive environment for hands-on artistic exploration. This flexible minor allows students to develop their skills and express their ideas across a variety of mediums, fostering both technical proficiency and creative growth.
