Program Details
Dates: July 7 – 18, 2025
Location: Engleman Hall, Southern Connecticut State University
Class Size: 10 students per class, with a total of 3 classes offered at Beginner and Intermediate levels.
Program Highlights
- Learn Chinese in a small, interactive class
- Explore themes like sustainable cities and inclusivity
- Participate in hands-on projects and cultural activities
- Be eligible for 1.5 Southern credits upon completion of the two-week program
- No cost for students
Application Requirements
Applications must include:
- A 200-word personal statement explaining your interest in the program and how it aligns with your personal or academic goals.
- A letter of recommendation from a teacher, preferably a language teacher. The letter should address your academic abilities, motivation, and interest in language and cultural studies.
