The Recreational Therapy department at Southern Connecticut State University is excited to be offering the Spring Leisure Explorers again. This program focuses on social, emotional, and cooperative skills using recreation and leisure activities. Each 45-minute structured session will include a welcome, stories, crafts, and physical activities, sharing, and closure. Under the direct supervision and guidance of Terri Larson, CTRS, students in the recreation therapy program at Southern Connecticut State University will support each child working and practicing the necessary skills for successful social interactions.
