Southern’s Master of Public Administration (MPA) program prepares students who want to create positive changes in their communities and assume leadership roles at federal, state, and local governments as well as nonprofits, think tanks, and industry.
Through the MPA program, students master the foundations of administration, policymaking, and leadership. Our curriculum emphasizes the ability to navigate diverse and complex organizational settings, address ethical issues, and foster collaboration. Students also gain advanced proficiency in policy analysis, and program evaluation, as well as quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
