Yale University Teaching Fellowship

A collaborative program connecting Southern students with Yale faculty and New Haven Public School classrooms to foster hands-on teaching experience and academic growth. 

NextGen Educators Program

A paid, immersive residency designed for future educators to gain classroom experience while completing their undergraduate degree at Southern. 

Residency Programs

Community-centered, school-based residencies that provide full-year teaching experiences alongside mentor teachers while completing the Masters of Arts in Teaching program.
