You will begin with the science behind AI computer systems, which can perform tasks that typically require human intelligence, and AI ethics, applications, and more. Then you will move on to a more thorough look at machine learning, the problem it is trying to solve, and specific techniques and applications used in supervised, unsupervised, and semi-supervised learning.
In this Level 1 AI Developer Bootcamp, you will learn how to use powerful AI models to boost productivity and improve your professional skills. Throughout the course, you will learn by doing and building a portfolio project specific to your interests.

In partnership with MindEdge, this course will explain the benefits and challenges of using AI, which HR responsibilities are best assisted by AI tools, and the importance of human oversight. You will also explore ethical behavior and legal compliance of AI use in the HR field, as well as how AI affects bias and the achievement of inclusivity initiatives.
Artificial Intelligence for Marketing Professionals explores how artificial intelligence (AI) has become instrumental and ubiquitous in the field of marketing. This course covers the phases of AI, such as rule-based AI, machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI, to provide a solid foundation of AI principles.

SCSU OWLL is proud to partner with Skills21 at EdAdvance for an AI in K-12 Education micro-credential. The training will be facilitated by Matt Mervis and Dr. Liz Radday from EdAdvance, hosts of the popular podcast, ChatEDU.
This six-week training is designed to be self-paced with a focus on practical, hands-on activities. It covers five key modules that will guide you in practicing the use of generative AI in various educational contexts.
The microcredential is focused around five essential modules. Each module includes video instruction and activities, offering actionable strategies for educators: Foundations, Prompting Pros, Shifting Assessment, Future Focus, and Presentations.
To further support your learning, you have access to three optional synchronous Zoom meetings.
