Week of Welcome (WOW) serves to welcome new and returning students to the SCSU community. Held during the first week of each semester, WOW features more than 50 programs sponsored by a variety of departments, residence halls, offices, clubs, and organizations.
Homecoming is a time for students, faculty, and staff to celebrate Southern. It’s a time for our alumni to reconnect with their classmates, old friends, and current students, as well as enjoy a series of campus events that highlight the spirit and energy of the university.
This year-end celebration of the accomplishments, culture, and community at SCSU features a variety of events sponsored by clubs, organizations, and offices; it is typically anchored by the Spring Week concert.
